1) To get your Aura Photo we request you to:

The reason why your existing photo cannot be used for Aura photography is because, your photo 'already' has the Aura, which cannot be seen.
Our software reveals the already present Aura. The software can reveal the correct Aura colours 'only if' the photo is captured strictly as per 'the 6 steps' explained under OPTION-1 .
